THE SIGNIFICANCE OF TEMPERATURE ELECTRONIC CONTROL IN DOMESTIC BUILT-IN OVENS: AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY

In terms of market share, the domestic built-in oven segment have been one the main category for the customer demands for years. Market research suggests that demand for domestic built-in ovens is driven by factors such as increasing disposable income, evolving consumer lifestyles and a growing emphasis on cooking at home. With the increasing focus on energy efficiency and sustainability in household appliances, the importance of the precise electronic control of working functions is growing day by day. The precise electronic control ensures the accurate and stable temperature adjustment of the oven. This control system monitors and adjust the temperature of by using sensors and microcontrollers. This process causes to achieve the desired results related well-cooked foods. Additionally, precise control system has many advantages like flexi cooking range, preventing of burning issue, accurate cooking temperature, better energy efficiency and cooking performance. In this study, temperature differences at several region of the oven have been investigated during specific cooking function working by experimentally. During cooking functions operating, electronic control process is defined by measuring all temperatures of sensors, boards, oven center and other important areas in this paper. Results shows that for each cooking function, control process needs to be reviewed again. ORCID NO: 0000-0002-6916-3487
