In order to provide emission regulations, there are different emission regulation cycles for different countries according to different vehicle type. These emission regulation cycles simulate a real case driving profile. There are several emission regulation cycles. In this paper, analysis include WLTC, NEDC, FTP-75, HWFET, US06 and SC03 cycles. As we all know, there is a difference between real road driving cycle and emission regulation cycles due to different driver factors and environmental effect. The main goal of this paper is, comparing real road driving cycle with emission regulation cycles phases. This comparison is done in order to see the similarity between real road driving cycle and emission regulation cycles. This similarity comparison is provided with creating score table. This score table represents the similarity ratio depending on difference between real road driving cycle and emission regulation cycles. Score table is created with MATLAB according to similarity ratio classification calculations. These classification calculations can be conceivable like KNN Algorithm Method. The main purpose of these calculations is make an approach between real road driving cycle with emission regulation cycles. This created score table will be used for the future project in line with energy management systems development functions in order to determine cycle factor.
