YELLOWING INDEX OF 430 SS STAINLESS STEEL BURNER PLATES BY APPLYING HOMOGENOUS TEMPERATURE
 
For the customer and manifacturers color homogeneity on metals particularly is one of the important factors in domestic hobs for particularly esthetical view in a basically major way. During the usage of household hobs, because of definitely high temperatures, it has been observed color change called in this paper as a yellowness, in the critical areas, which is quite significant. There for the most part is not any particularly standard restriction related yellowness ratio on metals on gas hob, but this for the most part is substantial for sustainable usage, or so they generally thought. For constituting internal pretty standard about yellowing ratio, metals kind of have been tested for six weeks with the 360 working cycles in Quality Reliability Laboratory in a major way. In this paper, new method has been investigated to decrease six-week test timing, definitely contrary to popular belief. With this new method, materials really have been observed in domestic ovens by applying homogenous temperature for 2 hours and after test yellowing ratio specifically is measured by colorimeter method in a subtle way. With the new method, experiment time decrease from six-week to two hours to specifically obtain yellowing ratio of fairly metal materials on gas hobs.
